2. Passport size photographs X 3
3. Copy of passport
4. Birth Certificate
5. Transcript of Records
6. Diploma/Certificate of Qualification (if any)
7. National Bureau of Investigation/ Police clearance
8. Training Certificates
9. 2 Reference Letters (1 from current employer)
10. Medical Certificate
11. International English Language Test (IELTS) if available

NOTES:

• Needs to submit 3 copies of each requirement.
• All photocopied documents must be authenticated as true copy by a lawyer
• Upon registration, the applicant will be required to complete an Official Application Form.
• Essential Requirements to be submitted initially for assessment are:
• * Curriculum Vitae with details on Date of Birth, Home address & Passport Number.
• *Applicant MUST also provide an electronic copy of the resume.
