How to Apply

THE APPLICATION PROCESS FLOWCHART

1-2 Weeks

Submission of requirements for assessment

Registration fee required through bank transfer

Submit completed application form & signed application guidance notes

Initial Payment of professional fee through bank transfer

Once you meet the initial requirements, interview (personal or web) will be arranged

Upon successful interview, initial offer will be given, if unsuccessful, second interview will be conducted

1 Weeks

Submission of acceptance letter

Submit Promissory Note/Guaranty Note including documents required from the Guarantor (If you wish to avail the payment scheme)

Initial fee/ enrolment fee to be paid, you need to submit evidence of deposit, Enrolment processing & finding work placement will be initiated at this time

Submit all outstanding requirements

2-3 Weeks

Payment for the remaining balance of Professional fee is required upon receipt of offer/visa letter (Posting of visa letter will take up to 10 working days)

Visa appointment will arranged

Fill in the visa application form online, save & email to MJM Consultancy for initial review. Recommendations will be given to finalise & complete the online visa application form

Submit all sponsor documents to MJM Consultancy for review

4 weeks (Depending on the progress of British Embassy)

Personal appearance to British Embassy for submission of visa application & biometric screening

Await result of visa application

Visa result will be directly posted to your home address unless alternative address is stated on your application

If visa is granted, second payment of course fee will be required

If visa is not granted

2 weeks

Inform MJM immediately; submit to MCR a scanned copy of visa

Inform MJM immediately; provide MJM a scanned copy of refusal letter

MJM Consultancy will advise departure date upon
MCR recommendation/approval

Refer to recommendation/s on course of action to be taken on the refusal letter

MJM Consultancy will facilitate booking of flight ticket

For Administrative review or re-application

Pre-departure briefing

UK departure

Arrival in UK, MCR Directors/ representatives will meet you at the airport, & will take you to MCR In-House Learning Centre (board & lodging will provided for free)

1-2 weeks Comprehensive Induction (Include administrative documentation, opening bank accounts, clearances & sorting your personal &domestic requirements)

MCR Directors will take you to your work placement/ accommodation
