WHAT WE CAN OFFER

As a training intermediary, we work in partnership with prestigious educational institutions in the provision of training and study programmes in the United Kingdom. Various programmes will give you an opportunity to earn while you learn.
All nurses wishing to work in the United Kingdom, including those who have trained and qualified overseas must be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). ONP is designed equip overseas nurses with the necessary academic and clinical skills to gain Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC) registration and also prepare them to apply knowledge, understanding and skills when performing to the standards required within their UK employment. There are two integrated parts: Students may be required to undertake one or both parts depending on individual assessment by the NMC. The duration of the programme is 3-6 months.
NVQ- are practical based qualification. You have to demonstrate your competence across a wide range of work tasks. MCR offers a variety of programmes suitable to your own learning needs which include: Appropriate work placements will be allocated, whilst undertaking the NVQ programme, you will be assured with continuous learning support from MCR.
All overseas recruits will be provided with an induction course. An induction course can be tailored to your own professional development needs. We can provide a full week in-house training to prepare and equip you with the underlying knowledge on the health care delivery system which includes a comprehensive input on the following:
